However, sexual violence was punishable before the animal welfare amendment after \u00a717 and \u00a718 Animal Welfare Act.If convicted, in any event threaten <strong> fine of up to 25,000 \u20ac <\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On December 8, 2015, the Federal Constitutional Court rejected a complaint against the \u00a7 3 sentence 1 No. 13 from the Animal Welfare Act.
